  1.   Krozword is a game where you compete against other players in trying
  2. to solve crossword puzzles. The number of chances you are given per day
  3. to guess words is set by the sysop. The sysop also determines whether
  4. or not a correct guess will count against your total number of guesses
  5. allowed per day.

  7.   The game keeps both a running total of points (you get one point for
  8. each letter in each word you correctly guess) and a correct answer ratio
  9. score (which is your number of correct answers vs your total number of
  10. attempts to answer).

  12.   If you wish to upload a crossword puzzle, you need to download
  13. the Krozword Assistant (option "D"). The Krozword Assistant is
  14. a MS-DOS program that will let you create your own puzzle masterpieces
  15. that you can upload here.

  17.   If you enter everything correctly, the program will accept your upload
  18. and add the puzzle to the list. Of course, you will not be able to
  19. choose your own puzzle to play (that wouldn't be very fair, now would
  20. it? <grin>).
